Timeless employer branding that still speaks to the younger generation? That’s exactly what KPMG was looking for when they came to us. As part of the Big Four, they’re always on the hunt for fresh talent. This year, we’re helping them stand out with a new hiring campaign we created at Birne Studio: Excel with Us.

Before we jumped into creating the campaign, we needed to understand what really sets KPMG apart from the competition. Corporate perks alone just don’t cut it for the younger generation anymore — they’re looking for something more.

So, we kicked things off with an in-depth Brand Therapy workshop and focus groups with KPMG team members to uncover their biggest strength. And it turned out to be the people. Strong relationships, great teams, supportive colleagues — the kind of environment where you can truly thrive. And that’s where the campaign idea was born.

It’s not just a job. It’s a place where you can excel. That message shaped the entire campaign. We wrote a manifesto, shot bold visuals, captured authentic employee interviews, and filmed a series of reels with students from the University of Economics in Bratislava.
