To stand out, we built a campaign centred on Vesnala’s unique employee experience. Our strategy was aimed at young professionals, aligning with Vesnala’s progressive values.
The creative message focused on freedom in the workplace, symbolised by tattoos. Offline, we used 25 strategically placed citylights, while online, Meta, Google Ads, and dynamic formats like Instagram Reels drove engagement. This multi-channel approach resulted in 26 leads and 3 successful hires.
