Our proposal was based on diagnostics that revealed three key problems: inconsistent visuals across projects, weak brand recognition, and limiting infrastructure built on outdated IT solutions. We defined a clear brand architecture, a simple sub-brand system, and a visual language ready to work with new technologies and AI tools.
The new visual identity is based on the construction of the symbol K, which functions as a spatial system and connects all sub-brands with clear and simple logic. Each sub-brand has been given its own dominant color, a simple name, and a four-word descriptive line, which allows for clear differentiation between individual programs while maintaining a unified language for the organization. The expanded palette, illustrations, icons, and typography create a professional, modern, and consistent visual system.
The branding is complemented by a new website and sub-brand websites that function effectively thanks to AI. KIRA can now communicate its programs more effectively, create content, and gain greater public attention.
