









Our proposal was preceded by an extensive diagnostic phase consisting of several techniques, including our Brand Therapy workshop. Based on both internal and external data, we formulated a strategy that defined the rebranding.
The new visual identity is based on the brand’s natural shift—from a technical solution to a service that brings real benefit and improves the daily contact between the patient and the doctor.
The central asset is the bell mascot, which appeals to all age groups. It is a universal symbol of a notification that everyone understands. In the context of eČasenka, it embodies reliability, simplicity, and calm, which are the core of the service itself.
The mascot comes to life through subtle animations and emotions that react to various situations, bringing naturalness and movement to the communication. The overall visual system combines clean typography, soft shapes, and balanced colors.
The new identity simplifies a complex system, strengthens trust in the technology, and brings more peace to the places where it is most needed.
